THE EXECUTION TIME OF ORDERS:
ALL ORDERS RECEIVED FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FOR 13: 00 PM, ACCEPTED AND DELIVERED IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE SAME DAY.
ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED IN THE AFTERNOON THE NEXT DAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 13.00 ON FRIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
DELIVERY TIME:
FOR DELIVERY WE USE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY, WHICH GUARANTEES DELIVERY IN ITALY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS, EXCEPT FOR CALABRIA, SICILY AND SARDINIA, WHICH REQUIRE AT LEAST 72 HOURS.
COURIERS DELIVER MONDAY TO FRIDAY, BUT IN CASE OF URGENCY, TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE ON SATURDAY NEAR TO THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY ADDRESS THE COURIER DELIVERY.
DELIVERY MODE:
IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF THE ABILITY TO DELIVER PRODUCTS (the ABSENCE of the RECIPIENT, WRONG ADDRESS, Etc.) the GOODS REMAIN IN STOCK.
THIS IS UNNECESSARY, BUT IT SHOULD BE REMEMBERED THAT ALL THIS HAS A COST, WHICH IS STILL NOT PASSED ONTO THE CUSTOMER, BUT IS CHARGED TO THE SENDER.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:
WHAT TO DO BEFORE SIGNING THE DOCUMENT OF DELIVERY (BY COURIER PRESENT):
1. CHECK the NUMBER of products YOU GET: it SHOULD BE the SAME AS THAT INDICATED IN the TRANSPORT DOCUMENT (OR BULLETIN COURIER DELIVERY).
2. CHECK OUT THE FORMS ATTACHED TO PACKAGES: THEY SHOULD BE THE CORRECT NAME AND ADDRESS.
3. CHECK THE EXTERNAL CONDITION OF THE PACKAGING (THERE SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGE).
IF YOU ENCOUNTER A DEFECT, YOU STILL GET THE GOODS AND SIGN THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT (NEWSLETTER DELIVERY), PUTTING THE BACKUP AND SPECIFYING THE TYPE OF THE DETECTED DEFECT (E.G., SHORT TWO PIECES WITH A DAMAGED CARDBOARD BOX). ANY DAMAGE OR LACK OF GOODS MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY BY E-MAIL AT INFO@LOVELY-LASH.IT, ATTACH A SCAN OF BULLETIN DELIVERY (OR IF THE CARRIER DOES NOT PROVIDE, TRANSPORT DOCUMENT). THE ONLY WAY WE CAN PROCEED TO A PARTIAL OR FULL PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
RESO MERCE:
Con l'acquisto del prodotto o del servizio online (per telefono o per corrispondenza). Il rimborso potrà essere effettuato entro 14 giorni di calendario dal momento in cui saremo informati della decisione del cliente di avvalersi del diritto di recesso. Ci riserviamo tuttavia di trattenere il rimborso sino a quando la merce non giungerà presso il nostro magazzino e verrà verificata dal nostro staff. I rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato per la transazione iniziale. Preparare il pacco da restituire, ricordati di inserire all'interno i prodotti e la ricevuta o la fattura originale.
